Regarding the required documents:
There are TWO BRANCHES of a translation office in Cairo,

Regarding the Diploma Certficate  “We need el shehada el Carton”
1.       Go to the Archive office at uni, get the certificate.
2.       Wasakouha men “Maktab el Tasdeek, Maktab el 7’argeya
·         Address: from Sphinx Square go to the direction of Embaba airport, you’ll find the office somewhere on the right side
·         You MUST do this step in order to be able to translate it.
“Without the 7’argeya stamp you CANT translate it!”
3.       Go to the authorship & translation office I mentioned.
4.       Go to the Canadian Embassy, to stamp both the copy of the original (Arabic) AND the translation
            It will cost a total of 360 L.E. ( 260 +100)

Regarding the Internship Completion:
1.       Go to she2oun el Emtiaz , order an Internship Completion Certificate in ENGLISH
2.       Make a photocopy
3.       Go to the Canadian Embassy, Stamp it. (Cost 100 LE)

Regarding the Transcript of Marks:
1.       Go the she2oun el talaba order transcripts in ENGLISH.
2.       You can :
a.       SEND THE ORIGINAL
OR
b.       Make a photocopy
Go to the Canadian Embassy; Stamp it (Cost 100 LE)


NB.

  • Of course it advisable that you go to the Embassy once only, with all the documents.
  • Print out the Required Documents after paying the Application fees, and creating a profile on the bright track website. Check the rest of the documents I just mentioned the most important.
  • Print out the "Confirmation of degree", fill the first half and leave the other half to the DEAN or VICE DEAN...Then get an envelope and put the "Confirmation of degree", seal it, and get IT STAMPED ON THE SEAL ( khetm el nesr , makan ma2afalto el zarf)
  • Use the Postal Service like DHL, FEDEX, etc..
  • Send the required documents separately , and write your information as a sender
  • Send the "Confirmation of degree" separately, saying that the sender is the University, since our universities usually don't send anything.
